These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Theodorou Villas website and your stay at our property. By using our website, you agree to these terms in full.
Guest Responsibilities
Guests are expected to treat the property, furnishings, and equipment with care. Any damage caused during the stay will be charged to the guest.
The number of guests occupying the villa must not exceed the maximum capacity as stated in the booking confirmation.
Quiet hours are observed between 23:00 and 08:00 out of respect for neighbouring properties.
Smoking is not permitted inside the villas. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available.
Swimming Pool & Facilities
Use of the swimming pool and outdoor facilities is at the guest's own risk.
Children must be supervised at all times when using the pool area.
Glass items are not permitted in or around the pool area.
Liability
Theodorou Villas shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury to guests or their belongings during their stay, except where caused by our negligence. We recommend that guests arrange appropriate travel insurance before their trip.
Force Majeure
Theodorou Villas shall not be held responsible for any failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, strikes, or severe weather conditions.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kos, Greece.
