Theodorou Villas began as a family dream: to create a place where the warmth of Greek hospitality meets the tranquility of the Aegean. For years, we imagined building something special on this stretch of coastline we've always called home. In 2025, that dream became reality. Today, our brand-new villas stand just steps from the sea, and we have the privilege of welcoming guests from around the world to experience Kos the way we've always known it: unhurried, beautiful, and full of life.

First at Theodorou Beach Hotel, and now at Theodorou Villas.
