The location by the sea is really very quiet and beautiful, and the new complex is built with great attention to detail. Behind the complex is a mini supermarket a 3-minute walk away, and the staff tries very hard to keep everything clean.

An incredibly beautiful complex, built with love. Architecturally, the villas are wonderfully done, the private pool is a wonderful luxury, and we received an immediate helpful answer to every question. A sea view, privacy, and a private beach - a pure pleasure!

A warm recommendation for a new and stunning villa in Kos!! Upon arrival, we were welcomed by Mikey and his daughters. A basket of treats awaited us - local fruit, fresh rolls, butter and jam. Perfect location!!!
